Important Terms

Our remote oversight relies on a stable, active internet connection at your property. If your connection drops, we will notify you, but real-time production alerts may be delayed until connectivity is restored.

The Standard plan includes one comprehensive annual health check. The Premium plan includes up to two scheduled on-site visits per year. Any additional call-outs requested outside of these scheduled visits may incur a standard call-out fee.

For our Premium Care Plan members, labour costs for minor repairs and standard adjustments are fully included. This covers things like tightening connections, firmware updates, and minor component replacements that don't require external parts.

Please note that while our plans cover oversight and labour (in Premium), the cost of replacement hardware or major parts is not included. Damage caused by extreme weather events (e.g., storms), third-party interference, or non-standard pre-existing installations is also excluded from standard plan coverage.

We offer flexible monthly or annual billing options to suit your needs. To ensure your system receives the full benefit of seasonal performance tracking, we recommend a minimum 12-month commitment for all our care plans.
